When the file download dialog opens, select “SAVE”. (Do not choose “RUN”). |

Select DESKTOPas the location to SAVE the installation file. |

If your browser prompts you to approve the download, you must approve before your download will begin. |
When the download completes, you will see a new icon on your desktop labeled “LNFORMSSETUP.exe.” Installation occurs when you double-click on the icon and enter your user name and serial number when prompted. Detailed installation instructions will be included with your user name and serial number.
* If you prefer to upgrade to the current edition and have a username and serial number for the previous edition, click on the upgrade link below and complete the license purchase transaction. You will receive your serial number and upgrade instructions via e-mail within one business day.
